Community Care Court

For many people experiencing homelessness, minor legal issues can become major roadblocks. Unpaid fines, outstanding tickets, or unresolved misdemeanors often prevent individuals from finding housing or employment. At Resurrection House, Community Care Court helps remove those barriers.

Community Partnership

Resurrection House provides a dedicated space where the State of Florida’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit, operating in conjunction with partner agencies, holds community court for the homeless population. Minor offenses can be resolved in a environment that does not intimidate the homeless.
